Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and reliable handyman/contractor to assist with maintenance and repairs for multiple residential properties in the local area. This is a full-time opportunity with steady work available for the right person. Pay $25-$40 per hour Pay based on experience and skill level Responsibilities General property maintenance and repairs Basic electrical and plumbing work Flooring installation and repairs Drywall, painting, and miscellaneous handyman tasks Troubleshooting maintenance issues independently Possible after-hours or on-call maintenance when needed Requirements Several years of handyman or contractor experience preferred Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, flooring, and general repairs Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation required Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and experienced who can handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks without constant supervision. Someone who takes pride in their work and can manage jobs efficiently is highly preferred.
