- Part-time Job Summary Boast is seeking a skilled, reliable, and trustworthy Handyman to join our construction team.
We are looking for someone with strong experience across multiple trades who takes pride in quality workmanship, shows up consistently, communicates professionally, and can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of performing a wide variety of repair, maintenance, renovation, and construction tasks in residential properties. Responsibilities Perform general repairs, maintenance, and construction-related tasks Complete drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, trim work, and finish work Install and repair doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, and fixtures Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs (where permitted by law) Assist with remodeling, renovation, punch-list, and project completion work Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend effective solutions Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate professionally with clients, tenants, and team members Work independently while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail Qualifications Proven handyman, construction, remodeling, or maintenance experience Strong knowledge of multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and general repairs Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong work ethic, dependability, and punctuality Professional attitude and good communication skills Ability to lift, carry, and work in a physically demanding environment Experience working in occupied residential properties is preferred Application Requirements To be considered, please include the following information in your application: Total years of handyman/construction experience Trades/skills you consider yourself an Expert in Trades/skills you are Proficient in Any trades or tasks you do not perform or prefer to avoid Types of tools and equipment you own and regularly use Availability and desired start date Photos or examples of previous work (if available) This is a part-time position with consistent ongoing work , not a temporary or short-term opportunity.
