Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Mastery:
Install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and high-voltage equipment (110/220/440V).
Leadership:
Prioritize work orders, coordinate schedules, and motivate a small but growing team to minimize downtime.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshoot breakdowns, respond to emergencies, and perform routine inspections to elicit corrective actions.
Working hours:
7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Skills:
Safety & Compliance:
Uphold OSHA standards, LOTO procedures, GMPs, and FSMA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
What You Bring:
Experience:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (or an equivalent combination of training and experience).
Education:

Skills:
Mechanical/electrical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals. ...
Tools:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as digital log or CMMS systems.
Communication:
