Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our property operates smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This energetic position offers the opportunity to utilize your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills to create a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Your expertise will help uphold the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality across all hotel operations. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, lighting, appliances, and structural components using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. Perform daily cleaning tasks of all common areas of the hotel. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies while delivering excellent customer service to guests by promptly addressing maintenance requests or concerns.
