Job Description
Are you an experienced Handyman or Contractor? We are seeking experienced candidates for the Full Time position of Handyman. This Full Time role involves performing various maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that the homes we work on are in optimal condition. We are a Local Family Owned Business and have built our business from the ground up. Responsibilities Basic handyman repairs, we are not a remodeling company, we do not build additions or redo entire kitchens, we do the smaller stuff that is on the Honey Do List. Drywall patch, hang pictures & mirrors, fix the screen door, assemble items, new toilet, light fixtures, painting, hang shelves, install a pre-hung door, paint a bathroom wall etc...
What we are looking for:
- Experience, you should have recent experience as a contractor, handyman or facilities maintenance tech.
- Ability to make sure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs.
- Provide exceptional service and amazing communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
You provide:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in home repair & maintenance tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- Clean background check, yes we will run a background check.
