Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Night Maintenance Associate, where your expertise keeps our facilities running smoothly during Evening hours. This energetic role offers the opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a vital part of ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across our property. If you thrive in a hands-on role that combines technical proficiency with leadership potential, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Troubleshoot electrical issues, utilizing tools like ohmmeters and working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to diagnose faults. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to accurately execute repairs and modifications. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Respond promptly to emergency repair requests or facility issues during night hours to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Perform Preventative maintenance on guest rooms and equipment Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or related technical fields with a focus on electrical and mechanical systems. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively document work and collaborate with team members. Able to work alone and unsupervised Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and facility layouts accurately. Pay:
$16.00 - $19.50 per hour
