    $20
  • $25/hour (Based on Experience) Full Time | Days | 7:30am
  • 3:30pm with Flexibility! Masonic Village at Dallas
  • is immediately hiring a Building Maintenance Technician.
What You Need as a
Building Maintenance Technician:
High school graduate or equivalent. Three or more years' working experience as a maintenance technician preferred. Vocational or technical school training in general maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical codes. Any equivalent combination of experience, training or education. Valid Pennsylvania's Driver's license. Our Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following: Perform general facility maintenance including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and repair work Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems Perform preventative maintenance and testing on equipment, including emergency generators Respond to on-call maintenance needs as scheduled Complete work orders, maintenance records, and material requisitions accurately Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas Utilize energy management systems and document repairs/updates as needed Assist with installations and major repairs of facility equipment and systems Attend training and educational programs to maintain professional growth.
