Role:

Join MPS Custom Pools as a Pool Service Technician and dive into a rewarding career in pool maintenance and repair! As a vital part of our team, you will ensure our clients enjoy pristine pools all season long while working in a fun and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform pool openings and closings for residential inground and above ground pools. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspections. Troubleshoot with pool equipment issues such as motors, pumps, filters, electronic controls and heaters. Plumbing experience is a plus. Diagnose, repair and replace swimming pool equipment. Water chemistry experience is a plus. Responsible for adding chemicals to customers pools. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns on-site. Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all completed work. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in pool service or related field is highly desirable. Pay determined based on experience. Understanding of pool chemistry and equipment operation. Valid driver's license required with reliable transportation to work. Excellent customer service skills and a team player. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary. Physical stamina to lift equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Paid PTO and Holidays. Health insurance offered. Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
