$15/hr Job Description This role involves cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of a university to ensure customer and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include removing trash, sweeping, mopping, and operating floor buffer machines. Responsibilities Clean and maintain various assigned areas within the university. Perform trash removal, sweeping, and mopping. Utilize floor buffer machines as needed. Ensure all tasks meet customer and client satisfaction. Adhere to basic safety procedures and precautions. Essential Skills Sanitizing Trash removal Mopping Sanitation Janitorial duties Cleaning Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous custodial experience preferred Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50 lbs. Work Environment The work environment involves maintaining all building janitorial and cleaning needs at Seton Hill University, including common areas, residence halls, offices, hallways, stairwells, classrooms, and bathrooms. The shift requires working every other weekend, with days off typically before and after the weekend shift. The work hours are 8-hour shifts starting between 4:00am - 12:30pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
