Job Description

Job Summary Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a Maintenance Technician for four apartment communities (198 units total) in Greensburg . Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Brookside Apartments
  • Willowbrook Drive Meadow View Apartments
  • Dornin Street Noble Vista Apartments & Townhomes
  • Noble Vista Drive Starboard Villa Townhomes
  • Starboard Villa Lane In addition to your core responsibilities in Greensburg, you'll have the opportunity to lend your skills to our other locations, ensuring our standards of excellence are met across the WPA region. Pay and Benefits $24-27 per hour Weekly pay Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM
  • 5:30 PM or 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM Medical, dental, vision, and life benefits with employer contribution Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time 401(k) match Professional development reimbursement Discounted rent at Birgo properties Responsibilities Turnovers/make-readies Repairs such as drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC Preventative maintenance Handle emergency on-call service for after-hours maintenance Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Requirements Eligible to work in the United States Available for on-call rotation Valid driver's license Personal, insured mode of transportation Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance Safely utilize power tools Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases Birgo's Values T eamwork, H umility, R hinocerality, I ntegrity, V ision, E xcellence More about Birgo We take care of our hardworking team by providing opportunities for professional growth, paying attention to holistic staff needs, and celebrating life together.
