Job Description

About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our facility operates at peak efficiency by performing critical preventative and predictive maintenance. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and support our high-volume production goals. Responsibilities Execute preventative and predictive maintenance schedules to ensure machine longevity and reliability. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems using technical schematics and blueprints. Maintain and optimize conveyors, fixtures, and facility equipment to drive operational uptime. Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders within the CMMS to ensure accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement repairs safely and efficiently. Uphold rigorous safety standards, including proper machine operation and adherence to all facility protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment. Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and the use of HMI systems. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Skills Associate's degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, or pneumatics. 4+ years of hands-on experience in a similar industrial maintenance role. Prior experience leading small projects or managing technical workflows. Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and increase operational efficiency.
