Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs across a variety of systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills, contributing directly to the smooth running of our operations. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, refrigeration units, and electrical components to identify potential issues before they escalate. Perform repairs on appliances and mechanical systems using schematics and technical manuals. Perform Fit & Finish repairs throughout the campus. Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems efficiently to minimize downtime. Assist with installation projects, upgrades, or construction activities related to facility improvements. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to ensure safety and operational continuity. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician in a commercial or industrial environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair, equipment repair, and general maintenance tasks. Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, general repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical wiring. Experience working with construction tools and understanding building infrastructure is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
