Fence Construction Lead Installer/ Crew Foreman

We are currently seeking a Fence Construction Crew Leader/ Foreman to join our team. The Crew Leader/ Foreman plays a key role on the installation crew. Their main role is to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in fence construction who is ready to take on more responsibility and contribute to crew coordination in the field.

Primary responsibilities include:

Performing the layout and installation of fencing products with a focus on quality and precision Ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are prepared and organized at the job site Helping train and guide newer team members on proper installation techniques and safety protocols Loading and unloading materials at the yard and job sites Performing site prep and clean-up duties before and after installations Maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment at all times Communicating effectively with team members to keep the project moving forward This is a leadership position for someone with strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to grow within the company. Experience in fence or outdoor construction

Qualified candidates are encouraged to possess a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
