Job Description
Billy Fix-It-All is a growing, family-owned handyman company in Northeast PA looking for skilled technicians who take pride in quality work and professionalism. We're hiring experienced handymen who can confidently handle jobs from start to finish without constant supervision. What You'll Do Complete residential repairs and improvement projects Carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general handyman work Communicate professionally with customers Manage jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship What We're Looking For 5+ years handyman or skilled trade experience Strong problem-solving skills Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and with a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders Pay & Benefits Starting at $25-$30 hour+ (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Performance bonuses PTO after 1 year Growth opportunities as the company expands Schedule Full-time Typically 35-40 hours/week Rare evening or weekend work No on-call Why Join Billy Fix-It-All?
