Duties Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as checking water levels, balancing chemicals, and inspecting filtration systems. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators, and timers using hand tools and power tools. Identify mechanical issues promptly and execute repairs to ensure optimal operation of all pool systems. Maintain detailed service records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system inspections. Assist with the installation of new pool equipment or upgrades as needed. Ensure all pools meet safety standards by inspecting for potential hazards and maintaining proper chemical levels. Requirements Proficiency with hand tools and power tools necessary for equipment repair and maintenance. Excellent attention to detail to ensure pools are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
