Full-Time Maintenance Professional

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring our properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional. We are looking for a repair "pro" who takes pride in their work and has a deep knowledge of home systems.

Compensation & Qualifications Experience-Based Pay:

Our $25-$35/hr range is determined by your level of technical expertise and years in the field.

Equipment Premium:

While we provide necessary equipment, candidates who possess and utilize their own professional-grade tools qualify for a higher starting pay rate.

Consistent Work:

Steady, full-time hours with a stable, reliable schedule. Key Responsibilities Perform general interior and exterior repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, and carpentry). Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner. Requirements Proven experience in property maintenance or a related construction trade. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Tools:

Own tools are preferred but not required (higher pay tier for those with their own gear). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
