Monday to Sunday, 2 days off 2nd

Background Check Job description : Duty Cleaners / Floor Techs are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas. While duties may vary, they typically include restroom, kitchen, and office cleaning as well as general cleaning of common areas.
Key Functions include:
Mandatory compliance with all safety requirements and procedures including use of personal protective equipment Collection and removal of heavy-weight trash and debris Routine floor care including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming of carpets and hard surface floors Use of heavy floor equipment to wax and buff hard surface floors Detailed cleaning projects requiring keen attention to work quality Restroom cleaning and disinfecting of sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, and floors including cleaning of fixtures and replenishment of supplies Experience leading janitorial workers is a plus.
Requirements:
Knowledge and experience in operating buffers and floor extractors. Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Successful completion of a background screening. Minimum of one year of experience in floor care is preferred. Prior experience in floor care or related field. Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
