Floor Technician

Floor Technician FM Cleaning Services, Inc. Job Description FM Cleaning Services is hiring a motivated Floor Technician to join our team in Homer City, PA. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, upholstery care, ceramic tile turbo cleaning, VCT floor stripping, sealing, and waxing, and air duct cleaning. No experience? No problem - we offer full training to help you succeed!

Responsibilities:

Perform floor cleaning and maintenance, such as carpet cleaning, tile care, and VCT stripping, sealing, and waxing. Drive and operate truck-mounted carpet cleaning vans to and from job sites. Ensure high-quality results that meet company standards. Assist with transporting equipment as needed. Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive a carpet cleaning van (training provided for equipment). Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Physically able to lift equipment and stand for extended periods. Reliable and punctual. No experience required - we'll train you!

Compensation:
