Summary:

Manage maintenance of regional facilities and equipment, including preventative maintenance and urgent repair needs.

Pay Range:

$16/hr

Shift:

7:00am - 3:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Complete a variety of remodeling tasks and provide a safe and secure working/living environment for all regional facilities. Provides counsel to management regarding facility issues. Handles and /or supervises snow removal and landscaping. Has responsibility to respond to off-hours facility emergencies. Provides Risk Participation at a corporate level. Maintains all applicable Building, NFPA, CARF/Life Safety Codes and regulations. Complete required trainings and mandatory training hours. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements Education, Experience:

General Building Maintenance, Carpentry, Plumbing, Basic Electrical, HVAC Maintenance experience. Valid Driver's License required. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
