WHAT YOU'LL DO
Diagnose and repair production, processing, and packaging equipment — planned, unplanned, and emergency Execute preventative maintenance programs and routine reliability assessments Interpret schematics, service manuals, and work orders to drive fast, accurate repairs Support new equipment installation and cross-train operators to minimize downtime Identify process improvement opportunities and take the initiative to act on them Anticipate parts needs and manage procurement ahead of scheduled tasks Maintain complete, accurate documentation in line with SOPs and GMP standards
WHAT YOU BRING
Requirement:
High school diploma or GED 2-4 years hands-on: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC/HMI, or HVAC Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic computer skills; English fluency
Preferred:
Trade or technical school certification (electrical, PLC/HMI, welding, refrigeration, or plumbing) Manufacturing environment background. Ammonia refrigeration experience
