The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, a solid understanding of industrial equipment, and the ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule Requirements:

Must be able to work Monday-Thursday, with partial days on Friday as needed.

Core Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve equipment defects. Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with management and fellow technicians. Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of situations efficiently and professionally.
