We are located just minutes from downtown Lititz and are looking for

people to join our busy and professional team as a General Maintenance Person . The position is offered as full-time or part-time. Primarily Day shift with on-call duties when necessary. The position would be responsible for the overall condition and preventative maintenance of the property. Experience in the following a

PLUS:

Basic plumbing, Basic electrical, Basic pool/spa maintenance, Basic A/C repair (P-TAC) Painting/Wallpaper, Overall Basic Maintenance Knowledge We also ask that you understand that our industry requires availability on weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in a hotel or similar environment, but not required, be able to demonstrate initiative, can work alone and stay on task, be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service, and has reliable transportation.

Full-time Salary:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

8 hour shift Holidays On call

Experience:

Property maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Pool maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
