Job Description

Job description We are now hiring for an Maintenance Technician to add to our amazing team.
Essential Job Functions Include:
Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly and complete repairs within company standards. Assist with preparing vacant units for new residents. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community. Perform make-ready work, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repairs, painting, and cleaning as needed. Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory; request replacements when necessary. Participate in the rotating on-call schedule. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Electrical Plumbing Painting Drywall Bilingual speaking required. Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision and as part of a team. Must provide excellent customer service with every interaction Must have reliable transportation. Must have 2 years experience.
