Driver's License Hand tools Full Job Description The Window Film Installer (WFI) applies all types of films and related products in a safe, professional and workmanlike manner to the highest standards. The WFI is properly prepared with company-provided tools, supply, and instruction prior to arriving at job sites. The WFI effectively communicates with customers and team members, directing, when necessary, to efficiently complete projects ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction. All company processes are fulfilled in a prompt manner. Consistent upkeep of company assets is required including, but not limited to, shop organization and cleanliness, company vehicles, equipment, tools, inventory, building and grounds. Our crew travels nationally, flexibility required. Key Accountabilities Safety Strictly adheres to the safety policies of the company and work sites. Conscientiously acts with respect and consideration of all. Proper use of all tools and equipment. Abide by all laws while driving company vehicles. Communication Communicates effectively and professionally with customers, partners and team. Takes responsibility for communicating expectations, progress, issues, concerns, in a timely, and professional manner. Considers the impact of all communication and lack thereof throughout the company. Customer Service Complete installation in a timely manner consistent with terms of sales agreement within company standards. Strive to beREMARKABLE
in a positive way! Conduct a walk through of completed scope with customer representative. Obtain signature on Project Inspection Completion Form with any notable changes and /or site conditions. Assure work areas are cleaned and restored to original condition or better after project completion. Demand superior quality, ensures consistent execution. Operations Review scope prior to installation and verify in the field. Properly prepare all items necessary for installation. Prepare work areas and materials on site. Clean and return all tools, equipment and materials upon completion. Follow proper inventory-controlled processes. Provides a project update or summary email on each project daily. Teamwork Responsible for customer and company property as well as his and others safety. Works harmoniously with others. Willingness to assist in any operation to ensure or promote the well-being of the company. Builds trust through dependability, cooperation and commitment to achieving shared goals. Dependability Consistently acts upon instruction and requests from the team and uses good judgment in situations requiring independent decision making. Adheres to the Company attendance policy, available during working hours and otherwise as needed when emergencies or extenuating circumstances arise. Initiative Self-motivated and demonstrates the ability to fulfill job requirements without follow-up or supervision. Proactive in continued education and knowledgeable of industry trends, products and installation techniques. Maintain an accurate account of resources to maximize performance, such as but not limited to tools, shop organization, vehicles and inventory. Ensure company quality standards and procedures are fully executed and willingness to reinforce the same of others. Personal Conduct and Appearance Promptly and faithfully complies with all present and future policies, requirements, directions, requests, rules, regulations, and Company Culture Statement in connection with Company's business. Conforms to all laws and regulations and not at any time commit any act or become involved in any situation or occurrence tending to bring Company into public scandal, ridicule or which will reflect unfavorably on the reputation of the Company. Maintains a personal appearance that represents the company in a professional manner. No violations of conduct.Job Types:
