Home Service Sales Consultant - Deck Division

About Mendr Home Services Mendr Home Services is a rapidly growing home improvement company. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to help homeowners design and purchase beautiful new decks and outdoor spaces. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Deck Sales Consultant with a proven track record in home improvement or home service sales. This role includes both in-person and virtual consultations with homeowners. You will work with company-generated leads, conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, and close sales. Sales consultants are typically scheduled for 2-3 appointments per day, conducted either: In person at the customer's home Via Zoom Via Google Meet Via Apple FaceTime Typical project sizes range from $10,000 to $75,000+. Responsibilities Conduct 2-3 sales appointments daily Meet homeowners in person and virtually Evaluate existing decks and discuss design goals Present decking and railing options Prepare and present professional estimates Follow up and close sales Maintain CRM records and sales notes Provide exceptional customer service Qualifications Previous experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, siding, windows, bath, kitchen, or deck sales Strong closing ability with high-ticket residential projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Comfortable using video conferencing tools Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Self-motivated and results-driven Vehicle Requirement A reliable personal vehicle is required for this role. Mendr Home Services provides a vehicle reimbursement allowance to offset fuel, mileage, and related expenses. Pay:

$65,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
