$28.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience) Guaranteed raises at 3, 6, and 12 months About the Role Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Northeast Philadelphia. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, and troubleshooting machinery in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and electrical systems Work with 120V, 240V, and 480V systems , including motors, wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels Read and interpret electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and blueprints Install and maintain conduit, switches, and electrical equipment Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability Diagnose breakdowns and respond quickly to minimize downtime Use maintenance software and computers to document work and access technical data Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in: Industrial Maintenance Maintenance Electrician / Mechanic Industrial Mechanic (or equivalent technical training) Experience with electrical wiring, schematics, circuit breakers, and control panels Familiarity with 120V and 240V systems (480V a plus) Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Proficiency with hand and power tools Ability to work independently and safely in a manufacturing environment Basic computer skills for documentation Why Join Southwark?
