Schedule:
Full-Time Bay Property Management Group is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and support our expanding residential portfolio throughout Pennsylvania. This is a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent work — no need to search for jobs, chase clients, or manage your own customer base. You'll have a steady flow of maintenance requests from properties we manage, allowing you to focus on what you do best: completing quality repairs and providing excellent service. This role is ideal for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently. You will support apartments, condos, and single- and multi-family homes by completing repairs, inspections, unit turnovers, and general maintenance tasks. A reliable work van or pickup truck and your own professional tools are required for this role. What You'll Get Competitive pay: $33/hour Gas expenses covered (while working) Stable full-time position with consistent maintenance work No sales, no finding clients, and no bidding for jobs 15 paid PTO days after 90-day probationary period 6 paid holidays Opportunity to grow with an established property management company What You'll Do Complete residential maintenance requests and repairs, including: Plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Electrical troubleshooting and repairs Painting and drywall repairs Carpentry and general handyman services Door, window, lock, and hardware repairs Garbage disposal, toilet, sink, and appliance-related repairs Caulking, weather stripping, screens, blinds, lighting, smoke/CO detectors, and other general maintenance needs Perform property inspections and move-out inspections using AppFolio Complete apartment and home turnovers to prepare properties for new residents Provide repair recommendations and estimates when needed Manage work orders, invoices, receipts, and timesheets accurately Prioritize and complete service requests efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, vendors, and owners Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable work vehicle (van or pickup truck) and professional tools Residential maintenance, property management, or handyman experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of common residential repair and maintenance issues Excellent organization and time-management skills Comfortable using technology, mobile apps, email, and work order systems Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish is a plus) Plumbing certification is preferred, but not required If you are a skilled maintenance professional looking for reliable work, steady opportunities, and a company that values your experience, we want to hear from you!
