Maintenance Technician (Summer Job)

Longview Management is looking to add a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to our team to assist with various projects at our shopping centers. Employment period will run mid-June through mid-August 2026. This position will work alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning trade skills. $18/HR plus gas stipend of $200/month

Responsibilities:

Assist in making minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs Assist in performing general maintenance on sanitary and mechanical systems of buildings Complete various painting projects at the shopping centers and manufactured housing communities Perform minor curb/concrete repairs and parking lot asphalt repairs Power wash sidewalks and buildings Travel to suppliers to pick up supplies as needed

Requirements:

Punctual, hard-working, reliable Able to lift 60 lbs Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Available 3 days a week (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday). 8 hours per day (typically 7am-4pm but flexible and weather dependent).
