Job Description
Oversee contractors and participate in maintaining cleanliness of the facilities (shopping center & office buildings) and grounds. Applicant must be located in Greentree area. Have dependable transportation to and from work. Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability. Be responsible to oversee and participate in the day to day janitorial and maintenance operations of the property. Walking the outside of the building to ensure grounds are free of clutter and trash. Assisting with special projects as needed. Experience with custodial responsibilities Respond to emergency calls as needed, 24/7. Maintain grounds. Keep public areas free of debris, snow, and ice in the winter. Must be able to work with limited supervision, read and complete work orders, complete daily work logs, and use the computer to check emails and other related computer work. High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift 50 lbs. Qualified applicants will have basic to intermediate knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Work hours:
