Full-Time (W2 or 1099 Subcontractor Option) We're a growing home builder and renovation company looking for a dependable handyman/laborer to join our team. This is a full-time position with consistent work on new builds, additions, and renovation projects.

Responsibilities:

Assist with a wide range of construction and renovation tasks (demo, punch list work, small carpentry, cleanup, light repairs, etc.). Work independently on assigned tasks and get them done without constant supervision. Support project managers and subs as needed to keep jobs moving. Take initiative to solve small problems on site. Requirements Reliable transportation to job sites. Valid driver's license. Must show up on time, ready to work. No drugs or alcohol. Basic tools a plus, but not required (we can supply as needed). General construction/handyman experience preferred. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently.
