Job Description

Manatawny Manor is now seeking a full-time Floor Tech with experince in stripping and waxing floors . The successful candidate will have well-rounded experience with providing maintenance in a building. One year experience required!
Responsibilities of Floor Specialist:
Assist the maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, supplies, etc. Coordinate maintenance services and activities with other related departments (i.e., Dietary, Nursing, Activities, etc.). All other duties as assigned
Qualifications of Floor Specialist:
One Year of Maintenance Experience Skills in stripping , waxing and buffing flooors Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety Valid driver's license
