1st Shift Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Job Description We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for both our 1st and 2nd shift operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, focusing on troubleshooting and repairing a range of equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Essential Skills High safety consciousness. Proven experience in electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields. Thorough knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment. Proficiency in using diagnostic instruments. Willingness to work overtime. Ability to climb structures, work beneath machines, and perform repairs in close quarters. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Certification from a tech or trade school preferred. Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience. Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. Exceptional troubleshooting skills preferred. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Landisville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
