BG Staffing is looking for a reliable Make-Ready Technician to support a busy apartment community in South Park Township, PA. If you're hands-on, dependable, and ready to work—this is your opportunity to step in and make an immediate impact. 🔑

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Make-Ready Tech, you'll focus on getting units prepped, polished, and ready for new residents: Completing apartment turns (make-readies) Painting, patching, and touch-ups Basic repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances) Cleaning and prepping units for move-in readiness Identifying and addressing small issues before final inspection Working independently to keep units moving through the pipeline ✅

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to work: Experience with make-readies, turns, or general maintenance Ability to follow directions and work independently Strong work ethic and consistent reliability Basic knowledge of apartment repairs and unit prep 🚗

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

(PLEASE READ) To be considered for this role, candidates must: ✅ Have a valid driver's license ✅ Provide proof of active car insurance ✅ Pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check ✅ Complete a Background Attestation Form (sent at confirmation) These steps are required as part of the onboarding process. 💼
