Now Hiring a Maintenance Technician in the Washington, PA Area Can interview asap!! Job Description The Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to keep equipment and systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. This role works a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and focuses on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, using technical documentation such as schematics and blueprints to diagnose and resolve issues. Responsibilities Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using appropriate tools and test equipment. Repair and replace defective components, parts, and assemblies to restore equipment to safe and reliable operation. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to identify issues and plan effective repairs. Inspect equipment and systems regularly to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions. Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used in a clear and accurate manner. Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational impact. Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance work and minimize disruption to operations. Follow established maintenance procedures and safety guidelines while performing all tasks. Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance equipment performance and reliability. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a maintenance technician role or similar position. Familiarity with general maintenance practices in a production or facility environment. Comfort working with both electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to communicate clearly with team members and other departments about maintenance needs and repair status. Attention to detail when documenting maintenance work and following procedures. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Washington, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr. fulll health benefits, 401k, weeekly pay etc Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Washington,PA.
