Preventative Maintenance Field Service Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Preventative Maintenance Field Service Technician to join our team. As a PM Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and providing preventative maintenance on commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment and systems. This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. Duties Disassemble and re-assemble equipment. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, overhauls and troubleshooting of equipment (Adjust, align, assemble, calibrate, inspect, lubricate and test). Operate hand tools, power tools, and gauges. Order parts and complete required paperwork. Communicate effectively with customers, supervisor, dispatchers. Responsible for vehicle inventory, maintenance and appearance. Complete all work tasks in a safe and efficient manner. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus. Prior experience as a technician or similar role. Knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds without assistance.
