Full time Job Description Seeking skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC and Duct Installers for Commercial Projects within the York, Lancaster, and Harrisburg, PA areas this spring and summer. Projects are picking up fast with the sub-contractor's we partner with, and we hold a project list to ensure subs and contractors are ready to work. Projects include expansions, new builds, and retro-fits for hospitals, apartment buildings, schools, churches, restaurants, and warehouses. Responsibilities Measure, cut, hang, seal, and insulate duct work. Install and set RTU's, Condensers, Mini-splits, Furnaces, Chillers, Mechanical work. Assist with plumbing rough - ins. Show up on time and communicate if needing off. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork. Strong knowledge of duct installation methods, hangers, and supports. Commercial new construction and fit-out experience. Reading HVAC diagrams and blueprints. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of West York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
