Transportation, Logistics, Trucking Description Regular inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of electrical and mechanical production equipment throughout the facility.

• Detecting malfunctions and defects in electrical and mechanical systems on all automation equipment.
• Ensuring the compliance of all corporate policies and the Occupational Safety and health administration rules (OSHA) while conducting work functions.
• Maintaining a record of service cycles and other maintenance activities conducted.
• Efficiently managing time and completing all tasks assigned by the supervisory authority.
• Reporting damages, defects and other issues pertaining to electrical and mechanical units to the supervising manager.
• Documenting spare and replacement parts required and completing all necessary documentation for the same.
• Appropriately using and handling all electrical repair and testing tools and equipment.
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.

Weekday 1st shift-Wednesday - Saturday 7am- 530 pm $25hr

Salary:

$25.00 per hour plus $1.50 shift diff. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year maintenance experience  In depth electrical and mechanical experience.  Proficient in working with voltages from 24 volts to 480 volts.  PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience.  AVG (Automated Guided Vehicle) or LVG (Laser Guided Vehicle) experience.  Knowledge of working with HMI's.  Ability to work independently.  Proficient in Preventative Maintenance tasks and services.  Automation experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.  Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Ability to effectively manage time and meet all specified deadlines.  Sound understanding of using all electrical testing equipment.  Ability to use efficiently various power and hand tools.  Ability to operate a forklift.  Should follow oral or written instructions.  Team mindset.  Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.  High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education  Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time.
