Job Description

Mericle Construction, Inc. is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to help maintain and support our portfolio of commercial properties. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of skilled and semi-skilled tasks related to the upkeep of industrial and commercial buildings and equipment. Responsibilities include routine preventive maintenance and repair work, often carried out independently with minimal supervision. Mericle Construction, Inc. is the largest, full-service developer of industrial, office, flex, and medical space along Pennsylvania's I-81 Corridor. Mericle has developed more than 100 buildings in the Scranton/Pittston/Wilkes-Barre/Hazleton area. The Mericle team includes licensed architects, land planners, professional engineers, surveyors, licensed electricians, plumbers, carpenters, leasing and marketing professionals, property managers, and more.
Responsibilities:
Electrical:
changing ballasts and bulbs, changing outlets and fixtures
Plumbing:
Sloan valves, drainage issues, sinks and minor plumbing repairs
Carpentry:
drywall patching and painting General building maintenance
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Professional, adaptable, and positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and handle changing priorities Commitment to quality and efficiency in all task
