Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems and equipment to ensure continuous operation. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Assist with construction or renovation projects by providing technical support and ensuring safety compliance. Lead or collaborate with team members on complex repair projects while maintaining safety standards. Qualifications Familiarity with construction practices, basic property repairs and safety protocols in maintenance environments. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide or mentor team members when necessary. Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities.
