Position Overview We're seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and printing equipment. This role is responsible for preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, as well as troubleshooting equipment issues, to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, technically skilled, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We're Looking For Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues quickly and efficiently Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance programs Knowledge of pneumatics, electrical systems, and electronic controls Comfortable reading technical manuals, blueprints, and circuit diagrams Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and routine maintenance on manufacturing and printing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment issues Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize production downtime Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance systems safely and effectively Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and specifications Support machine operators by providing training, coaching, and maintenance guidance Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement Assist with equipment installation, setup, and modifications as needed Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards Support facility maintenance and multi-shift operational needs
Qualifications :
Associate degree, equivalent education, or advanced technical/vocational training preferred Minimum 5 years of industrial, machinery, or print bindery maintenance experience Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment Mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems Pneumatics and control systems 480v 3-phase power PLC or CNC programming experience preferred Troubleshooting, repair, equipment maintenance, installation, critical thinking, and time management Why You'll Love This Opportunity Hands-On Technical Work:
