Plumbing Maintenance Technician

Due to continued growth and company outlook, Regal is looking to expand our Plumbing Service and Installation department. We are looking for experienced Plumbers to start immediately. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for residential and light commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience working with plumbing systems, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform routine plumbing maintenance and service calls for residential homes and light commercial buildings. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogged drains, running toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, water heaters, and piping systems. Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, valves, water lines, drain lines, and related equipment. Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential plumbing issues before major repairs are needed. Respond to emergency service calls in a timely and professional manner. Maintain clean and organized work areas while respecting customer property. Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs, recommendations, and maintenance needs. Accurately complete service tickets, maintenance reports. Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and company safety standards. Assist with light commercial plumbing systems including restrooms, breakroom plumbing, water heaters, and small-scale piping systems. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. 1+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience preferred. Knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems and repair methods. Ability to troubleshoot plumbing problems independently. Experience with water heaters, fixtures, drain cleaning, and pipe repair. Plumbing License (Journey/Master) (Preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment safely. Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred. Plumbing license or certification is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in crawl spaces or tight areas. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. Schedule Full Time Day Shift On Call Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
