Assembler & General Facilities Maintenance

At Red Wing Gear's Space Trailers division, we are seeking a versatile and experienced AssemblerFacilities Maintenance operator. In this hybrid role, you will assemble trailer products with precision and maintain our facility to ensure a safe, efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble trailer components, ensuring all parts meet quality specifications. Follow assembly instructions and technical drawings. Perform routine mechanical, structural, and preventative maintenance on the facility. Proactively solve issues, keeping accurate records of assembly and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

Experience in product assembly, ideally in high-volume, repetitive manufacturing. Strong handyman skills, including carpentry, plumbing, and facility upkeep. Ability to follow instructions safely and use tools effectively. Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of facility care.
