What you'll actually do You'll walk assigned neighborhood routes on foot and leave our marketing materials; door hangers, door-knob bags, and flyers, on homes along hail-affected streets, following our placement guidelines. That's the job. Cover your assigned streets thoroughly and efficiently. Place door hangers and bags on door handles and flyers per company rules; affixed properly, never in mailboxes, never on homes posting "No Soliciting." Use our company phone app to track and verify your route coverage. Represent the Excel Roofing brand with a neat, professional appearance while you're in the neighborhood. Report your completed routes at the end of each shift. There is NO door knocking, NO selling, and NO need to talk to homeowners. You're not a salesperson; you don't pitch, handle objections, or set appointments. You walk, you place materials, you move on. If you want honest work without sales pressure, this is it. $15.16/hour (Colorado minimum wage), straight hourly, paid for every hour you work. No commission, no catch. Hours:
15-20 hours per week, evenings, approximately 4:00 PM to 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Season:
Seasonal through approximately September/October 2026, with potential extension based on seasonal performance and the real possibility of converting to a long-term role. Training:
Paid. We'll show you the routes, the app, and our simple placement rules. No experience needed. Who fits Reliable and punctual; you show up and you finish your route. Your own reliable and consistent transportation. Able to walk for the full shift in varying Colorado weather. Self-directed and detail-oriented; you can follow a route map and placement rules without someone watching. Have a smartphone for our tracking app. Dependable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods is a plus. Positive, professional appearance. No experience required. This is a great fit for students, teens (16+), retirees, and anyone who wants flexible evening hours, steady pay, and a job that keeps them moving and outdoors. Honest heads-up (please read before applying) This is active, on-your-feet work, and most of it is unsupervised in the field, so honesty matters a lot here. Are you available to work consistently during these hours? This is active, on-your-feet work; you'll walk neighborhood routes on foot for your entire shift in varying Colorado weather. There is no sitting in a car. Are you able and willing to walk routes for the full shift? Most of this work is done on your own in the field, so we verify coverage using a phone app that tracks your route and photos of completed streets.
