CENTRAL/WEST USA.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with medical esthetic devices, strong technical skills, and the ability to deliver proactive, customer-focused service. This position requires frequent travel across the U.S., particularly along the Central/West side , and availability for on-call support to address urgent technical issues.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of medical and aesthetic devices (laser technologies).
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and optimal performance of equipment at client facilities (e.g., clinics, med-spas).
  • Deliver professional, solution-oriented technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service records, proactively identifying potential issues (CRM).
  • Provide on-call support as required, ensuring timely assistance for urgent service needs.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of medical, aesthetic or cosmetic devices.
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and technical diagnostics (e.g. lasers).
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States; a valid driver's license is required.
  • Ability to work independently, solve technical problems on-site, and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude with excellent organizational skills.
