Role and Responsibilities:
As a Handyman for Attic and Crawl Space restoration, The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set and the ability to perform various repair, maintenance, and improvement tasks with a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and general repairs. Inspect and diagnose issues in residential properties and determine the best course of action. Complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.Qualifications:
Proven experience in skilled trades such as drywall finish, carpentry or electrical work ( at least 5 years ) with a strong track record of successful project management. Outstanding skills in drywall, framing, plumbing, painting, stucco, plaster and demolition. Worked in residential projects, understand the "white glove" service standard. Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers. A valid driver's license with a good driving record within 7 years Strong problem solving skillsPerks and Benefits:
