Hard Rock Stone & Tile, is looking for a lead Installer who would enjoy being an intricate part of a growing organization and is willing to demonstrate Hard Rock Stone & Tiles core values in the work they do. All equipment and training will be provided. Prior experience with Stone care, handling and installation is required. The ideal candidate will have experience installing granite, marble, and other stone surfaces. He or she will be able to work independently and be detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality workmanship. The ability to lift heavy objects and use power tools is a must. ‍

Job Duties:

Follow established policies and procedures in performing duties Ensure safe and careful loading, unloading and installation of materials Willing to take ownership to perform quality work to completion Secure and transport materials Able to drive and be insurable on company vehicle insurance Must be able to lift and carry 50+ lbs. throughout the day Maintain an organized, safe and clean work environment Able to bend, stoop and perform repetitive motions throughout the day Accountable, reliable team player willing to instruct and assist Attention to Detail Keep accurate records of time worked, job notes, and completed projects Provide

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years experience in the granite installation trade Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Preferred Skills and Qualifications 5+ years experience in the natural stone installation trade Experience working with a wide variety of granite colors and styles Bilingual (English/Spanish)
