Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our residential properties. Your expertise will help create safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living spaces for our residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills and technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on appliances, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and other building equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools Conduct appliance repairs, HVAC/R servicing, and refrigeration maintenance to ensure optimal operation Assist with construction projects, upgrades, or renovations as needed Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents or property management staff Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities Lead small teams during complex repairs or projects to ensure timely completion Experience Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams Experience in construction or building maintenance is preferred Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide team members during repairs or projects Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to excellence in property care!
