Position Overview:
We're looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician / Warranty Service Tech to join our team. This role handles a mix of: New home warranty repairs Rental property maintenance including buildings and grounds Light construction and punch-out work on new homes Customer service visits for new homeowners
Responsibilities:
Perform general carpentry, drywall repair, painting, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting Handle homeowner warranty requests and repairs Maintain rental properties and respond to service calls Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, homeowners, and office staff Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used Uphold company values: honesty, respect, clean job sites, and quality work
Requirements:
Experience in residential maintenance, construction, or remodeling Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and manage time efficiently Basic tools and willingness to get your hands dirty
