Pool Maintenance Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for providing exceptional pool cleaning and maintenance services. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This role requires hands-on work with various tools and equipment, making it essential for candidates to be comfortable working outdoors and managing physical tasks. Duties Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool surfaces. Conduct water quality testing and chemical balancing to ensure safe swimming conditions. Inspect pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting for proper operation. Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their pool needs and provide recommendations for maintenance or repairs. Ensure compliance with safety standards while working in various environments. Experience Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and troubleshoot equipment efficiently Previous experience as a service technician or in a related field is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
