Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pool Technician Helper and be part of a vibrant, energetic environment dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of pool care and customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll assist experienced technicians in performing essential pool maintenance tasks, ensuring pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on skills in pool systems, equipment repair, and maintenance while working alongside a motivated team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Assist with routine pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces to maintain clarity and hygiene. Support the inspection and maintenance of pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters, and chlorination systems. Use hand tools and power tools to perform minor repairs on pool equipment under supervision. Help with water testing procedures to monitor chemical levels and ensure water quality standards are met. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safe handling of tools and equipment during all tasks. Follow safety protocols diligently while assisting with equipment repairs or installations. Support the team in completing maintenance logs, service reports, and inventory checks for supplies and tools. Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge or interest in learning how pool systems and equipment operate. Experience with equipment repair or service technician roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, water testing, or chemical balancing is advantageous. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in maintenance and repair. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards at all times. Prior experience with service technician roles or pool-related work is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for growth is essential.
